Quinlan’s Gifts began its journey in 1988 as a small gift shop in Macroom, County Cork. Founded by Brigín and John P Quinlan, it became a cherished local spot built on care, community, and great Irish products.
In the early 2020s, James and Maite brought Quinlan’s online through quinlans.ie - continuing to offer unique and quality products through an easy-to-use and nicely designed website.
Our mission is to make gifting easier and more meaningful. We believe that thoughtful gifts help strengthen relationships and connections, and if we can play a small part in that, it’s a mission we’re proud to pursue.
We still operate from our small premises in Macroom - the same building where James’s grandfather once parked his truck, and which later became Quinlan’s Gift Shop for over 30 years. It’s a place with deep roots in family, community, and tradition.
Today, Quinlan’s Gifts continues to trade under that familiar name, now operated by Leeside Collective Limited, which James founded in 2025.
