Shipping policy

We’re delighted to offer fast and reliable delivery through our partner DPD Ireland.

Every order is packed with care at our Macroom location and shipped from there.

Delivery timelines are guidelines and can vary due to factors beyond our control (example: courier delays, severe weather, or local access restrictions).

Dispatch Times

• Orders are typically dispatched every weekday (Monday to Friday).
• If your order is urgent, please get in touch and we’ll always do our best to help.

Shipping within Ireland & Northern Ireland 

• Free delivery: On orders over €89
  
• Flat rate: €5.95 per parcel
• Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 working days
• Courier: DPD Ireland (tracked service)

International Shipping

We also deliver to the UK and most European countries. 

Order Processing & Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

DPD provides full tracking - your tracking link will be sent automatically when your order is fulfilled.

If you haven’t received your parcel within 5 working days (Ireland) or 10 working days (international), please email us at info@quinlans.ie with your order number and we’ll look into it. 

Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind about your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Please contact us first for a return authorisation before sending anything back.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
