The comfort throws are a slightly smaller version of the bestselling standard throws – ideal for cosying up on the sofa or draping over the back of your favourite armchair. Designed in a traditional Irish plaid reminiscent of the first blankets to be woven in our mill, the Connemara Throw takes its name from the wild and rugged landscape of Connemara in North West Galway. The deep purple, blue and green tones have been meticulously chosen by the designer Helen McAlinden to reflect the mountains, lakes and rivers of this beautiful area. Made from 100% lambswool, this soft throw is expertly woven at FOXFORD using the same techniques that have been employed for over 130 years.

Our current team is small and we pride ourselves on cultivating a culture where people can be themselves at work, feel safe and appreciated, and have an opportunity to continuously learn and develop.
